    Ingredients

    Salt – 1/4 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2vg124l)
    Unsalted Butter – 125 Gms (Buy: https://amzn.to/2RlnDoP)
    Sugar – 3/4 Cup

    Vanilla Essence – 1 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2U9JC3U)
    Egg – 1 No.
    Bread Crumbs (Buy: https://amzn.to/2u5YJAB)
    Chocolate Chips – 1/3 Cup (Buy: https://amzn.to/3ctv59F)
    Chopped Walnuts – 1/2 Cup

    Method:
    1. Sieve maida, baking powder, salt, into a bowl.
    2. Grind the toasted bread to make bread crumbs.
    3. To another bowl, add butter, sugar, vanilla esssence and beat it.
    4. Once it turns creamy, add one egg and beat it.
    5. To this mixture add the flour mixture and bread crumbs in batches and whisk them, until all the flour and bread curmbs are incoporated.
    6. Cookie dough is ready.
    7. Add chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Mix it in.
    8. Roll small portion of cookie dough and place them in a baking tray.
    9. Preheat the oven to 180C for 15 mins.
    10. Place and bake the cookies at 180C for 20 mins.
    11. Super delicious bread cookies are ready.
