Pork Embodito 2.0 | Christmas Recipe || How to Make and How to Roll Pork Embotido

Ingredients

1 kilo Ground pork
Bread crumbs (4 slices of tasty bread)
6 Eggs hardboiled
2 eggs raw
8 hotdogs slice in half
1 cup Carrots diced
1 cup Red bell pepper and
Green bell pepper
1 cup Cheese
1/4 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Tomato sauce
1/2 cup Pickle relish

Procedure
1. In a bowl, combine ground pork, bread crumbs and raw eggs, mix well
2. Add in the carrots, bell pepper, cheese and raisins, mix well
3. Add in the tomato sauce and pickle relish
4. Add salt and pepper,mix thoroughly
5. Before assembling, fry a little piece of the mixture to check if it needs more salt.
6. Place the meat mixture in an aluminum foil and flatten it
7. Put the sliced hotdog and sliced hardboild eggs on the middle of the meat mixture.
8. Roll the foil to for a cylinder, lock the edges.
9. Place in a steamer. Cook for an hour
10. Let it cool down.

Slice and Serve with Catsup or you Can also Fry them. Enjoy!
