Ingredients used in making Mince Pies are:
– Port Wine (260 ml)
– Brown Sugar (90 gms)
– Dried Cranberries (100 gms)
– Black Current (75 gms)
– Raisins (75 gms)
– Main Flour (250 gms)
– Butter (120 gms)
– Castor Sugar (2 tbsp)
– Vanilla Essence (1/2 tsp)
– 1 Egg
– Cinnamon Powder (1 tbsp)
– Clove Powder (2 gms)
– Brandy (1 tbsp)
– Honey (2 tbsp)
– Finely Grated Orange Zest
– Juice of 1 Orange
– Butter 50 gms for Caramel
