Note** The hot glue is only used to attach to the brick surfaces. Gutters and roofline are attached using simple Christmas light clips that can be purchased from any Big Box retail store. I like the all-in-ones (you can use on both gutters and roof – by simply flipping the clip) https://www.christmasdesigners.com/all-in-one-clip-bag-of-100.html
Glue is easily removed by rocking the bulb side to side with your hand. If you encounter any stubborn bulbs use rubbing (isopropyl) alcohol and dab around the edges on the base of the bulb. The glue will loosen and the bulb will then pop off. The dab of dried glue will then peel right off the base of the plastic bulb.

Any C9 bulb/ color will work – Note** Make sure you’re accounting for proper load and not overloading the electrical circuit or the breaker will trip and lights will be non-functional. You can calculate load using https://www.christmaslightsetc.com/pages/how-many-watts-amps-do-christmas-lights-use.htm
